When Jay Cannone looks back on his childhood, it’s not hard for him to point out the highlights. After all, Jay knew how important his father’s time was. Whether he was playing a game of little league baseball or starting his first game in high school football, he can recall all the times he would study the stands and find his father in attendance. You must work hard and be straight with your clients. As long as you follow that simple lesson, everything else will fall into place.”

That philosophy followed Jay into his career in real estate at the ripe age of 19. Within two years he was managing his own office. He mixed the management principles he had learned through his father with a natural ability to learn the needs of his clients.
